Ca' di Rajo Marinò 2016 - Italy

One of the Fairview team's best-loved wines. A blend of 50% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Raboso produces a luxurious wine with considerable structure and tannins together with a pleasant acidity and a good alcohol content, gives a long and delicious aftertaste. The Raboso is withered for 4 months in a drying room. Aromas of intense potpourri, plum, tobacco, dried mint, coffee, vanilla and leather aromatics. Focused in the mouth with notes of ripe dark fruits, vanilla, fine firm tannins, plus well-judged extraction and acidity. Scoring very well with a range of wine publications and recognized internationally by Decanter. This 2016 is drinking beautifully, get it while you can!
