La Barbe Sauvignon Blanc 2022 - Pays d'Oc, France

Zippy and fresh without the lip-puckering sharpness of some new world Sauvignons. Cool citrus and green apple are supported by subtle, round tropical flavours from some Vermentino. The Sauvignon is harvested in early September and the Vermentino later that month. Both are cold macerated on the skins before fermentation. The wine is lees aged for 2 months before bottling.
