Hey Diddle Single Vineyard Shiraz 2022 - Australia

Based in the Barossa Valley, founded in 2017 by two Port Adelaide Aussie Rules football players and a passionate winemaker. The charismatic team make small production wines with minimal intervention, in the aim to reflect purist expression of vineyard, vintage and variety.

Harvested by hand and aged 15 months in French oak, this Shiraz captivates with deep crimson and purple hues filling the glass. The nose is overrun with aromas of flowering herbs, thyme, bay leaf and violets. The palate exudes dark berry flavours. The plush blueberry and mulberry fruits are complimented by tantalising spice and fine tannins. The pure core of fruit has drive and balance to boot.
