Fairview Goats do Roam White Blend 2023 - South Africa

A fun South African take on a French classic blend. The Roussanne, Grenache and Viognier for this blend were all sourced from vineyards grown on the sunny slopes of Paarl Mountain on the Fairview farm, with small portions of cool climate, dryland farmed Viognier and Grenache Blanc components from Darling. The warmer climate contributes the fruity expression of the varieties, and the Darling grapes bring acidity, freshness and elegance. These varieties are all well suited to South Africa’s Mediterranean climate. 

Vibrant light green colour in the glass, with layered aromatics of fresh florals, sweet yellow stone fruit and hint of citrus. Palate is fresh with ripe tropical flavours on, followed by a lengthy fresh acidity and a mineral finish.
