Bodegas Ontañón Kaori Tinto Rioja 2022 - Spain

The Kaori Tinto is a collaboration between Riojan chef, Felix Jimenez and Bodegas Ontanon to create the perfect red wine for sushi. Kaori Tinto is a blend of 85% Tempranillo and 15% Garnacha, delivering ripe red fruit and floral aromas. The wine was aged for just four months in a combination of American and French oak, which imparts subtle notes of vanilla and spice, with gentle tannins and a soft rounded finish.
