The 2019 vintage combines 37% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Cabernet Franc, 23% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot and 3% Malbec, sourced from estate vineyards in Oliver and Osoyoos. Each variety was vinified separately and aged for 15 months in oak barrels, predominantly French, before the finest barrels were selected for blending. The finished blend was then returned to barrel for a further three months to allow the components to integrate.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eA rich and beautifully structured wine showing aromas of black cherry, blackberry, ripe plum and blackcurrant, complemented by cedar, vanilla and savoury herbal notes.
