To Fidora Wines, being organic doesn’t only mean to go back to some “good old principles”, it means to move a step forward in terms of quality, health, sustainability and environmental responsibility. For this reason, they consider fundamental to match the latest technology in this sector together with the experience inherited by the older generations. All of their vineyards are cultivated according to two general concepts: avoiding chemicals and developing biodiversity.

Ideal to be enjoyed as an aperitif but also to be paired with rise dishes, seafood, and light fresh cheese.

VALPOLICELLA DOC

65% Corvina, 25% Corvinone, 10% Rodinella

Colour
Ruby red.

Bouquet
Cherry aroma with a slight peppery note typical of Corvina.

Taste
Dry, fresh, and lively red fruity.

Serving Temperature
16 - 18 °C

Pairing Suggestion
It pairs perfectly with the Mediterranean cuisine, pasta dishes, roasted or grilled white and red meats.

Intense ruby red.

Black cherry and red plum with a hint of spice.

Dry, ripe, and red fruit with an elegant and persistent finish.

Serving Temperature
18 - 20 °C (Open a few hours before drinking)

Pairing Suggestion
For its pleasant characteristics it perfectly pairs with meat main courses, cold cuts, and medium-seasoned cheese.

AMARONE DELLA VALPOLICELLA DOCG

65% Corvina, 25% Corvinone, 10% Rodinella

Colour
Intense ruby red with hints of garnet.

Bouquet
Complex, ripe red plum with hints of spices and dry fruits.

Taste
Dry, warm, and intense, with a vigorous character and pleasantly clean finish.

18 - 20 °C (Open a few hours before drinking)

Pairing Suggestion
A perfect match for roasted, grilled, and stuffed meats, and well matured cheeses. It also pairs with Asian and Middle-Eastern sweet and sour dishes.
